The final, final Parting glass!

The last Literary Pub Crawlers – in Edinburgh. London next week!

And that’s a wrap! The final gang on the final 1st Edinburgh (not London!) Literary Pub Crawl wave goodbye.

It’s been a blast with some lovely people. The tour has changed over the month. I probably need to nail the script down now. Might there be a 2025 session?

  1. I came along for the Pub Crawl at the start of your run. Loved it! I’m intrigued to know how it has changed. More ghostly visitations? Got them drinking faster, fitting in more pubs? Worked out a way to cheat Time and incorporate Rose St? I’ll definitely look out for you next year. I’ve a feeling this is a gig that’s never the same twice!

    1. Ha ha… thanks Chris. It actually got shorter towards the end! I finally managed to get it in at about an hour and 15! (It was officially supposed to be an hour!) If it happens next year (and it probably will) we’ll get it billed as an official 2 hours, which might make Milnes in Rose Street a possibility in the time – and maybe we’ll list a once-a-week FOUR hours, so we can finally get to see Ian Rankin… sorry, SIR Ian… at Rebus’s Oxford Bar in Young Street. I’m actually working on a self-guided version too, so anyone can take their mobile phone for a drink at anytime! Thanks for your kind comments and thanks very much for coming along. It was a bit of a work in progress, so I didn’t invite any media. And you’re right… it varied every day.
